Privacy policy

Who takes care of your data

Entrevu is run by VINCIA SERVICOS DIGITAIS LTDA, a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 58.736.801/0001-08, which decides how your data is used. For any privacy matter, write to suporte@entrevu.app.

What we collect

• In the quiz: your answers (for example, when the interview is, your field, your English level and what worries you), your name, your email and your WhatsApp number.
• During your visit: where you came from (link parameters and the page you came from), an anonymous ID for your quiz session, your IP address, your browser type and Meta cookie IDs.
• When you buy: Hotmart (or Cakto, for purchases made in Brazil until October 21, 2026) sends us your name, email, phone, product, amount and payment status. Card details stay only with them; we never receive them.
• In the app: your progress in the plan, what you fill in (like your pitch) and the text of your answers in voice practice. The audio is transcribed and not stored.
• In the Full Rehearsal: the job ad, your resume and your salary expectation, if you give it. These three are deleted from our servers 30 days after you send them; the finished Rehearsal stays in the app.
• In support: the messages you send to suporte@entrevu.app and our replies.
• In our emails: whether you opened them and which link you clicked.

What we use it for

• To build your diagnosis, the plan and the Rehearsal, and to give you access to what you bought.
• To send you the plan emails and, if you have not bought yet, a few emails about your diagnosis. Every email has the "I do not want more emails" link. On WhatsApp we only talk about the plan: automatic messages about your result, the payment and the price deadline, sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business platform, and replies from a person on our team. To stop getting them, reply STOP.
• To answer support requests, process refunds and meet legal and tax obligations.
• To measure where visits and purchases come from, and to improve the quiz, the product and the ads.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use companies that process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:

• Supabase: database and sign-in.
• Cloudflare: website hosting, transcription and audio for voice practice, and receiving support emails.
• Anthropic: the artificial intelligence that writes the plan, the Rehearsal and the voice practice feedback, based on your answers, the job ad and your resume.
• Resend: sending our emails.
• Hotmart and Cakto: payments.
• Meta (WhatsApp): sending WhatsApp messages, with your number, your first name and the message text.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Tag Manager and Stape: measuring the ads. Meta receives events like visit, sign-up and purchase, with IP, browser, cookie IDs and your email and phone in encrypted form (hash). Quiz answers never go to Meta.
• VK Metrics: our sales and ads dashboard, which receives the sign-up (email, WhatsApp and where the visit came from) and the sales.
• Google (Gmail): the mailbox that receives a copy of support emails.

Outside your country

Some of these companies store or process data outside your country, for example in the United States or in Brazil. We only use providers that commit to protecting the data they process on our behalf.

Cookies and data in the browser

• Your browser saves your quiz progress and an anonymous session ID (for up to 30 days), so you do not lose your answers.
• After you leave your contact details, two of our cookies save your email and phone for 30 days, to measure the ads.
• Meta and Google Tag Manager use their own cookies to measure visits and purchases. Signing in to the app uses session cookies.
• You can delete or block cookies in your browser. The quiz still works; the app needs the sign-in cookie.

How long we keep it

The job ad, resume and salary expectation from the Rehearsal are kept for 30 days. Everything else is kept as long as it is needed for the product, support and legal and tax obligations, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Depending on the law of your country, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it and withdraw your consent.

Write to suporte@entrevu.app from the email you used. We reply within 15 days. You can also contact the data protection authority in your country.

To stop getting emails, use the "I do not want more emails" link in any of our emails.

Security

The connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS), the database only accepts access from our server and access keys are kept out of the code. No system is perfect: if an incident affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority.

Minors

The product is for people aged 18 and over. If you know we hold data from a minor, write to suporte@entrevu.app and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
